Harry and Meghan’s Joint Hypocrisy: Charity Support Amid Divorce Rumors

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle recently made headlines with a joint statement about their involvement in a new charity that focuses on men’s role in the family.

However, the royal couple faces criticism for what many perceive as hypocrisy, given their strained relationships with their fathers.

In an exclusive conversation with GB News, Royal expert Angela Levin he delved into the ongoing rumors surrounding the couple and whether their marriage is heading for a split.

Levin pointed out the irony in Harry and Meghan’s association with a charity that emphasizes the importance of fathers.

“They are joining a new charity which talks all about the importance of fathers. This is again a sign of their joint hypocrisy because neither of them have anything to do with their fathers at the moment,” she remarked.

Prince Harry’s relationship with his father, King Charles, has been troubled since he stepped down as a senior royal in 2020, along with Meghan.

Harry has openly shared his struggles in a detailed account within his memoir, “Spare,” where he revealed incidents from his challenging childhood.

Despite attending the Coronation ceremony in May of the current year, Harry did not engage with his father during the trip. Moreover, he hasn’t met King Charles in over a year, despite his various trips to the UK for legal matters.

Similarly, Meghan Markle has been estranged from her father, Thomas Markle, since before her wedding in 2018. Thomas was not invited to the famous royal nuptials, adding to the family’s strained dynamics.

Amidst these complex family relationships, the couple’s Archewell Foundation funded Equimundo’s State of the World’s Fathers 2023 report for the charity, which aims “to engage men and boys as allies in gender equality.”
