In a heartfelt revelation, BTS member Jungkook pulled back the curtain on a poignant chapter from their trainee days—a significant fight he had with fellow member Jimin.
During a live broadcast on June 5, Jungkook delved into the details, recounting the emotional turmoil that had unfolded when they were both just 15 years old.
The root cause of the conflict stemmed from Jungkook’s deep-seated insecurities about his dancing skills.
“I was plagued by a deep sense of insecurity regarding my dancing abilities,” Jungkook disclosed, his voice carrying a hint of vulnerability. “I constantly compared myself to Jimin, feeling inadequate in comparison.”
Jungkook explained how the fight between him and Jimin erupted, rapidly escalating beyond control.
Words were exchanged, regrettable statements slipped out, and emotions spiralled out of control.
“We said things that should never have been said,” Jungkook admitted, a tinge of remorse colouring his voice.
“Our anger clouded our judgment, leaving us powerless to rein in our emotions.”
Ultimately, the heated dispute reached a cathartic resolution, with Jungkook and Jimin in tears.
Amid their raw vulnerability, they recognized the weight of their harsh words and extended heartfelt apologies to each other.
“We both expressed remorse, vowing to never engage in such fights again,” Jungkook shared earnestly.
“Since then, we’ve weathered numerous storms together, forging an unbreakable bond.”
